My recent interaction with your employee “Sterling Karamar” was one of the most degrading and unprofessional experiences I have ever endured. If this is the standard of how you treat potential tenants, it is not only unacceptable — it is appalling.

The so-called “property manager” spoke to me in a manner that was openly hostile, belittling, and devoid of respect. At no point was I addressed as a valued human being, let alone a prospective paying tenant. Instead, I was met with dismissive gestures, insulting undertones, and a patronizing attitude that made it seem as though I was being granted some kind of charity rather than engaging in a professional rental process.

To make matters worse, I was told that for property viewings, only one person from my family could attend — despite the fact that it’s common sense for all decision-makers to see the space before committing. This arbitrary, controlling rule makes no logical sense and serves only to inconvenience and disrespect potential tenants.

The behavior I encountered was not a one-off — it was a sustained display of arrogance, condescension, and a complete disregard for professionalism. I am demanding that management take immediate corrective action. No one should endure this level of disrespect when seeking housing, and I will ensure this experience is shared publicly so others are warned.

Refusing to higher contractors to PROPERLY work on the builds.

Worst place ever. Got bed bugs and had to throw a mattress away. Repairs are done cheap and sloppy. Cupboard doors are on wrong, floor boards are uneven, parking is ridiculously priced, whole place reeks like armpit and curry. People are up at 3am yelling in the hallways. People live like 13 people in a one bedroom apartment with no care of cleanliness or consideration for other tenants. Management is awful too, useless and always rude. Worst place I ever lived and canceled my lease less than a year there. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.

If you want to deal with cockroaches, mould, one elevator, horrible washers and dryers, dirty water, no heat and complete NEGLIGENCE come on down to 1001 talwood drive where they won't tell you a damn thing before you move in even though they are legally required to!
This is how I have to dry my clothes after doing 5 loads! And I had to take it down with 1 elevator and PAID for this nightmare !!!
They need to be sewed ! This is soooo wrong I'm disgusted and really don't want to live here. And I know ALOT of other tenants that feel the same way! The incompetence is mind blowing. And every day I'm angry because I'm here, if they fixed their stuff it would be different but they don't live here why would they care

I've been trying to get a hold of them for 4 days so I can lease with them. I had a virtual tour booked the fella at leasing is so slow and he no show no called my virtual tour. No one sending any papers. It's been 2 weeks that I've been showing interest. Meanwhile I called Skyline yesterday. I got papers. I got a virtual tour. I got extra information. I would not rent here if my life dependent upon it and reading all of these reviews down below. I think i actually might have dodged a bullet. So frustrating for those that are moving out of province to have someone be working so slow. Not answering phone calls and their voicemail is full so they don't even listen to their voicemail. So unprofessional. Very slow and with what it looks like below. Very bad customer service on all sides. I'm so glad I'm not leasing here. I so dodged the bullet all the places I'm looking for now. I'm searching them up and looking at the reviews cuz this is ridiculous. It took two weeks out of my moving schedule and i have to put in two months notice soon

This building is disgusting. Nothing is ever cleaned, hallways and stairwells are filthy . People with dogs leave their dogs mess in the stairwells and outdoors . Bed bugs and cockroaches are plentiful. The management company nickles and dimes the tenants, they charge visitors to park , outdoor parking and underground parking are overly priced and the so called building/ resident management are useless, unprofessional and ignorant with tenants. Units are not worth thr cost to live in these conditions. Avoid at all costs.

I have lived there for three years. It was great place to live. I came here as a student. It is very convenient place to live. Best for students. People think that it has bugs but I never had a issue like this. They plan regular pest control. ☺️
