Bad management. Slow process for replacing windows and adding a patio door after being told it would be done in the spring of 2022. Cockroaches are still thriving here, they are trying to deal with it but was assured at signing there was no bug problems, very upset with this problem. Holes in parking driveway since last year, painted new lines but ignored num
erous complaints about the holes.
Management is poor they will try to ignore you if possible saying phone lines were down or didn't see the email etc... The apartment itself is very nice with the upgrades but the rest is hard to put up with.

Have called three different times and left messages to inquire about renting in two different buildings. No one ever picks up. No one ever calls back either. Tried to email, website wasnt working for a full week. Email finally went through two weeks ago and I still don't have any response back.

Looks like I won't be renting from them, and by the looks of the reviews, that is actually a good thing!

Even though they are renovating and making it look nice, there is still a really cockroach problem! They have never fully fumigated this building and before the new management they were told to get it done, yet nothing changed. It's outrageous for the cost of the "renovated" units and completely unreasonable! People have a hard time find work and now thanks to them hiking prices the rest of the city is following suit.

Many inconveniences and issues since moving in.. water shut off, laundry closed, power flicker, cockroaches, etc..make sure you don't go on vacation or become sick without having somewhere else to park your vehicle when they need to clean the lot during the winter. You will get towed.

This place is a nightmare. They have cockroaches, but will tell you they dont. The hallways smell like cat urine. The office manager looks dirty and does the bare minimum work. Other employees swear at you when you bring things to their attention. Save yourself the hassle, dont move here. If I could give less than 1 star I would!

They are very you're a very nice people and I've never seen any cockroach at all I've been there since January maybe maybe their apartment hapartment had food lying on the counters

Lived here 12 years ago lost everything I ever owned due to all the bugs in this building this building isn’t salvageable to many bugs to man new rugs placed over them to cover them up the whole place needs to be torn down and rebuilt when you first move in you’ll see nothing until something bites you and you blame it on mosquitoes outside until it’s happening everyday don’t move here !

This is the worse place I ever lived, when I moved in people there told me there was cockroaches and I didn't see any for about two months then bang there were thousands everywhere and I lost everything in my apartment ,I had to move out and start all over and they don't care, they have a guy come in do a spray that doesn't do anything, please don't move there it will be the worst thing you can do,I would rather live in a tent
