We recently bought a home that Shane Opp showed us, Contact signed, deposits sent, 10 min before the timeline it was taken away on us. After speaking to many other realtors and 40 plus year realtor lawyer it was very clear what type of person this man is. The lawyer told me in over 40 years of doing this he has only ever seen what he did 2 times b-4 and I was the second time. I would be very very careful when dealing with this man. I wouldnt buy a wheelbarrow off this man!
