This 2 Percent Realty Solution, Owner and Nominee, John MacKenzie placed a wrong Listing Price on my Condo, which financially devastated me and as a result left me Homeless in Spring of 2016. The low 2% commissions applies if the listing 2 Percent realtor sells it, otherwise if other agency realtor sells it, the commissions ends up as higher percentage of 9% total commissions, and you may be better off with Remax Agency, who are well known for Above the Crowd, and with professional listing prices and superb high degree of expertise services

In Spring of 2016 John listed my condo for his desired price for a selfish quick sale, and it was the same price that I paid for nine years prior to 2016, and he even went forward in posting it on MLS Multiple Listing Services, which made it sold as a bargain in 4 to 6 days by other agency realtor, and just at the wrong time when the market started climbing upward.

John MacKenzie was far worst of any other realtors, and just did not listen to myself, but took it upon his own to list my condo. Shockingly he viewed all the renovations, and was informed and given papers of the New Roof to the Building, that all owners contributed to our Strata Corporation for the cost of the New Building Roof.

I just cannot understand what part of all these factual information, that John MacKenzie did not analysed and comprehended ?
