Please don’t waste your time!!!
We had hired 3%Realty for managing our rental property in FortMcMurray and the decision turned out to be a disaster! The team was not at all responsive to any kind of communication and didn’t provide professional service for the money they charge.
Our last tenant left without paying their dues and 3% Realty Team showed no initiative to track him down to get more information. We had follow up for more than a year and till date we haven’t heard back from the 3% Team, not have we received our money.
We never had such a terrible experience from any other rental management company before.

Not professional, taking advantage of foreign and canadian customer, racist, rude. Property recommended are not up to standard (many defects) then they will blame the defect on the tenant in order to not return the deposit
