I have lived at 300 Main for 4 months and I cannot stop gushing to everyone about how great it is. The building is beautiful and so clean and safe and the suites and views are stunning. Having the gym and pet playground is so convenient. I have not had a single issue since moving in that was not promptly addressed by the building manager.

Spacious and modern units with great views and amenities. The prime location is also complemented by excellent surrounding establishments. However, the absence of garbage chutes in this 40-storey development requires all tenants to take their garbage down to the main floor. Given the rent prices and the building's current occupancy of just over 50%, I expected a more competent building manager. Unfortunately, my experience with Anthony over the past three months has been marked by unresponsiveness and a lack of promptness in resolving complaints.

Love, love, love this building. The two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room were what initially attracted me. Then you add in that the apartment is beautiful, the cleanliness and security are top notch, and the views from the 40th floor are breathtaking. Anthony, the resident manager, is very responsive. When there has been an issue, which hasn’t been often but that’s going to happen no matter where you are, he is on top of it.
The building is connected to the downtown skywalk system which is incredibly convenient in all kinds of weather.
Highly recommend.

I was initially thrilled to move into 300 Main after reading all the positive reviews about its 'luxury living' experience. Unfortunately, my excitement has turned into frustration due to significant issues and mediocre building management.

Condition of the Suite: Upon moving in, I discovered the suite was far from luxurious. The floors were scratched, the walls damaged, and the toilets were used and left dirty. While I initially hoped this was a one-off issue, we've had a constant problem in one of the bathrooms. It has been four months since we reported this, and the issue remains unresolved.

Building Management: Despite my repeated attempts to communicate these concerns to the superintendent, the responses have been evasive and the 'solutions' ineffective. The superintendent's reluctance to bring in a maintenance professional to do a permanent fix is a significant point of frustration. Even when he agrees, it still takes an unacceptable 3-5 business days for someone to arrive and do just a temporary fix. This lack of responsiveness and client service is incredibly frustrating.

Escalation Attempts: I have tried to escalate the issue and seek compensation, but unfortunately, the person responsible for 300 Main at Cushman & Wakefield Stevenson has not returned my calls, leaving me with a sense of being ignored and helpless.

Community Concerns: After speaking with other tenants, I've learned that many are experiencing similar issues, such as suites lacking hot water, air conditioning failures and clogged pipes, just to mention a few. It appears the superintendent is overwhelmed and unable to effectively manage these problems. It's worth mentioning that the building is at 50% occupation! I can't even imagine the outcome when we get to 100%.

Amenities: The amenities at the building are great. However, Cushman & Wakefield frequently closes both the 40th and 2nd floors for their own company parties and meetings, preventing us, the paying tenants, from using them. This can be verified on their social media accounts, where they frequently showcase their meetings taking place at the 40th floor of 300 Main.

The poor management and lack of interest in client satisfaction from Cushman & Wakefield Stevenson have not only failed to deliver the 'luxury living' experience that 300 Main claims to offer but also undermined it. I would caution anyone considering moving into this building, as the high standards it promises are not met.

Moved in here with my wife a couple months ago and have to say this is the nicest place we've ever lived. Beautiful view overlooking d/t Winnipeg and everything is modern and clean. Very spacious suites. Extremely effective building management team made it easy to get all of our stuff in without disturbing other tenants. Despite some of the issues you read about in downtown Winnipeg, we feel so safe and secure here as the building has 24/7 security. Improvements almost on the weekly in this area. Tons of upside potential for downtown!

I have had a positive experience with my move & living at this apartment. Really like the convenience of being connected to Winnipeg Square and the skywalk, especially as we go into winter. The building is clean and the elevators are quick. Anthony the building manager has been incredibly accommodating and helpful, which made the move go very smoothly.

I've been living here for six months now and it's great! The location can't be beat. Plus, having a terrific gym in the building is a big plus. The apartment layout, quality of construction and appliances is top notch.

The building is super clean and has terrific amenities. The lounge on the 40th floor has unparalleled views. It is super comfortable and has an understated but luxe vibe.

The resident managers, Anthony and Evelyn, are the crown jewel of this building. I've interacted with Anthony more. He's on top of everything, gets things done asap, very easy to talk to and very helpful. He's got a can-be-done attitude.

All in all, this is a terrific building to live in
