I love it here. Not only are the other tenants friendly and courteous. The apartments are affordable, well taken care of by maintenance and the owners. The fitness room is a great place to go on the treadmill or elyptical, there's a party room where tenants have coffee and play games and if your right for space for family coming to visit. The have guest rooms your extra guests can use. These are some of the beautiful pics I've taken from the building. Great scenery.

It’s a great place to live with great views. Unfortunately there are some things that can done to better the building. Most of the apartments could do with some updating - flooring, kitchen etc, the elevators are very slow and could also be updated as they are older, visitor parking is not available which is unfortunate. It’s easier to call the management office if there is a concern with the apartment instead of doing an online maintenance request as they do not respond in an appropriate time frame with these.

Its a big appartment building with some excellent views when you walk out as its river side area. The building itself seems little old but in good condition. Manager Lydia was very co operative with us through out whatever problem we faced.
Most of memories are good ones.
Besides all the residents are all decent and professionals.

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years now and we love it here. The staff is friendly , other people residing in the building are friendly and kind too and our maintenance requests are addressed properly. We love the view from our balcony and we have never had any issues in the building. Undoubtedly, it’s one of the best places to rent with in this town.

i wish i could give them 0 star. very bad experience. the apartments are so expensive yet they are not worth it. people are stealing laundry from the machines. their elevators never worked properly. most of the time their main door lock remain broken. it was awful to be there. they only cares about the rent.

To be Honest, Weidner(33 River Street Prince Albert) is not value for money. After paying so much you are not safe in building. No security system around. I am paying separately for parking but there is not security after paying monthly parking charges. Weidner has allocated manager for each unit. For this unit manager treats like she has provided us a shelter seems I am not paying money. Building Manager do not listen to you . Seems like we are not in home (We are in Hostel).

Initially Building Manager will check our finance part so they confirm either we can pay the rent of not.

Building is so old. Carpet are very dirty. Heaters are not working. White wash's crumbs will fall all the time from any of the wall. Refrigerator which are provided by them are so old cracked from inside.

In begining Manager will takes followup for each small things( Document). Later if incase you reach them for any problem then they will give you helpline official number where after 6pm of before 11am no one gonna response you.

There is an app for apartment service, which is always an excuse for Building Manager.

Recent , Heat is not working and had informed through their app. Since 2 week complaint is open. Indoor unit is open which is not safe for kids , but they are not very concerned about it.

I moved to Prince Albert in 2019, I stayed with some friends until I was able to move out on my own. My partner and I heard about an apartment leasing company in town called Widener. We visited their office and their staff members were very kind and welcoming.
They found us a lovely Quaint apartment Along the shores of the Saskatchewan river with a lovely view.
The service that we have been given by the company has been exquisite and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay to choose Widener apartment leasing as their one stop shop for a perfect place to stay.
Go and see Patricia she is very caring and goes above and beyond to make sure that your apartment hunting experience is a good one.

I have been in 33 River ST for almost a year, and I really enjoy living there. It is really quiet, clean and the rent is pretty reasonable considering the amazing river view and that everything is included in the rent.

The Property Manager Robin that took over the building in the summer of 2019 to present time is really professional and gets things done that you ask of him in a timely manner. And I think he is going to turn the building around for the good of the tenants. And it's a plus that he lives in the building too.

Jerome that works in maintenance is really friendly and probably the best maintenance worker I've ever encountered while renting. He is always there and happily fixes anything that you bring to his attention.

***CONS***

Workout room needs some love and upgrades with more equipment.

Parking is a bit of a pain and really tight spots. But!!! It is a big building with lots of tenants and limited space for parking that is out of Weidner's control.
