Just moved in about 3 days ago and so far I’ve been nothing but impressed! Tyler helped me with the leasing process and did a great job explaining it to someone who has never rented an apartment before. Lance and Cassidy are amazing and are passionate about what they do. They are great people to talk to and make you feel welcomed! The amenities are all top notch and the pool is gorgeous. The fitness center is convenient and has everything that I need. All of their team members are quick and responsive to inquiries or requests. ’m excited to call this place home for the next couple of years!

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy.

The pool area is our favorite spot to relax on sunny days, and the outdoor spaces are beautifully maintained.

Plus, they host fun events throughout the year, from pool parties to holiday celebrations. It's a great way to meet your neighbors!

This has been a great process moving into 35 Degrees North. Michael was a true aid! He did a great job walking me through the process and made me feel extremely comfortable and supportive. He displayed a professionalism and attention to detail. I am truly grateful for how simple he made this transition for me. He followed up and offer support and invited me to community events. Highly recommend! The property is beautiful and well kept with great amenities. They plan a lot of really fun family-friendly events with food trucks, games and local vendors for the residents (often with free food!).
ALL of the office staff are so kind and helpful! La’Teshia is who I have worked with the most, and she always goes above and beyond. It is impossible to not be smiling after a conversation with her!

I have had the privilege of doing several pop-up shops with 35 degrees north with my small business. We travel all over, and this apartment complex is one of our favorite places to visit. The staff is always so accommodating and the residents are truly the best. It is apparent that both residents and staff alike are happy to be here. We enjoy it every time!

Michael was great with the whole move in process. Answered my questions and was responsive. During the move in inspection he even found some stuff I missed. My only complaint has been with Cox internet and their quick start router which needed a tech to come out and Michael offered to cover the bill if there was one for the inconvenience.
There's a number of rules but it's really no different than an HOA.
