I rented a unit on 2129 Hamilton St.
They are very irresponsible, I sent my move out notice, they sent me approval email, suddenly after 3 weeks they changed they mind and sent another notice that I am responsible for the next months rent. So don’t trust them.

I initially reached out to them via email on July 18th to inquire about an available unit. They only replied after two days, providing me with the contact number of the onsite manager. I attempted to call him multiple times, but he never answered. I reported the issue to them, but their response was that the onsite manager was too busy with other inquiries.

I followed up on July 21st to check if the unit was still available, and they confirmed that it was. However, they insisted that I needed to contact the onsite manager.

Despite trying to reach him for three more days, I received no response. On July 24th, I reported the ongoing issue again, and was surprised to finally receive a reply the next day stating that the unit had already been rented. They just thanked me for my interest without even apologizing or offering alternative options.

This experience has been completely unprofessional and reflects the one-star reviews they consistently receive. I will not be dealing with them again.

To say I’m disgusted by this company and their management is an understanding, starting with the caretaker that lacks communication skills plus how they stole my security deposit because of their ridiculous month to month lease. They are so rude and ill mannered. I won’t even advise my enemy to rent an apartment with them. Utter junk of an apartment and building. Rubbish!!

I lived at 2277 Cornwall St. in Regina, and it was one of the worst rental experiences I've ever had. The place was infested with cockroaches, and despite having the exterminator come in three times, the problem persisted. The building constantly reeked of cigarettes, even though it's supposed to be a non-smoking building. The caretaker's apartment on the ground floor was the exception, where the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. I was told they were medically exempt, which seems suspicious.

I was constantly harassed by the on-site manager due to a plumbing issue that caused leaks from my apartment to the one below. Despite bringing in a plumber multiple times, the problem was never resolved. Ultimately, I was given just 9 days to vacate my apartment without any proven reason. I believe this was not only illegal but also racially motivated. Despite this, I agreed to move out.

On my last day, during the walkthrough with the caretaker, she assured me everything was fine and that I would receive my full deposit back. However, a couple of days later, she called to say the stove wasn't clean and that they would deduct from my deposit. This was after we did a walkthrough together in a fully lit room, where she had assured me everything was fine. She claimed she didn't see the stove because it was night, which is a ridiculous excuse. If that was a concern, she should have requested a daytime walkthrough.

Avoid this place at all costs.

I lived at there location on Davidson Cresent for 2 years. Honestly will never go back the caretaker was inappropriate and harrasful to tenants in the building including myself. I had no heat I complained multiple times no one fix3d until the last day for me staying. Ridiculous. They did claim to come in and fix things. I also had the issue of caretaker and whomever else going into my apartment with out notice! And when I wasn't home. I became uncomfortable staying there on my own at some point due to all of this. There are so many issues with building (shifting, mold, roaches, leaks, cracking basement walls, lack of security for mail and entering building (there was a stupid amount of theft for mail and addition strangers got in building easily. There was some guy stabbed inside the building. Instead of fixing security they sent the caretaker (i won't name here) to sit by the door and harrass everyone coming in and out. I should have been comfortable coming into my own home without being questioned. I've been better away from these people would not recommend living here they dont work with you, they rather working a situation out they will ignore you and only answer you when it's convient. As well with all the issues I have listed along with additional issues I didn't even bring up this place is not worth your money or energy.

Their buildings are infested with cockroaches and the landlords are very unprofessional. I had a terrible experience with this company and will not be doing business with them again. Upon my move-out inspection they told me there would be $50 deducted and took $500 with out any consent. Would not recommend to anybody. 0 stars

BARB, building Manager at 2175 Robinson St. Is very hardworking, always takes care of Tenants and keeps the building clean and safe to live.
Always check up on us if we have any issues!
I really appreciate her work for us to make our place better to live.

Absolutely horrible. I moved in about a month ago, and i haven’t even slept there once. I walk into my apartment and turn on the lights to see cockroaches scurrying under the baseboards and into the cracks of the wall. I stand in my kitchen making something to eat and i hear mice scurrying in my roof. I literally WALK INTO MY BUILDING and i smell smoke and garbage. I do not wish these apartments on my worst enemy.
