I had a pleasure selling my house to Michael's company. Michael and his team provided a convenient solutuon for my family's problem with the house. Even though my house had some problems, I received a reasonable offer and decided to sell. Whole process was quick and easy, sold my house with 30 days closing. Thanks once again and I highly recommend to others who need to sell fast because going with realtors will take much longer.

Purchased a house from them after they flipped it. They were very difficult to deal with, I offered lower than asking price (the house had issues and had not sold in quite some time) initially they wasted time with silly counter offers. They did eventually come around and meet halfway. I did a final walk through of the house after we had a signed offer but before the closing date. There was new water damage to the house that was not there when I had placed my offer on the house. They were impossible to deal with on this, taking days to respond, denying that the water damage was even there, claiming the house was sold as is, it was not written as is anywhere in the offer, even when I had my lawyer contacting their lawyer they took days to respond, not willing to negotiate on repairs at all. (Walking away from the deal was not an option for me) Other parts of the house are clearly renovated as cheap as possible. Clearly no morals, only looking to make as much money as possible. People like this are what’s wrong with the real estate market in this country. Not to mention atleast two of their other reviews on this page are from people who work for them.

Great experience through representative David Lim. I was able to focus on my future plans and David took over the stress of managing the sale process of my current home. Given the savings in commissions I was able to secure a competitive sale price on my home and walked away with a comfortable value. If the other representatives walk the same walk as David Lim these guys are one opportunity to seriously consider when transitioning from a fixer upper. My experience with this company was the only positive part of an otherwise negative experience.
I contacted them through their website. My dealings were with with Ammar, Dave and Michael. My initial contact was with Dave. Dave was honest, professional and compassionate. He was able to facilitate everything in a COVID-19 safe manner for us, with limited face-to-face contact by utilizing digital workarounds that were easy to understand (even for my non-tech-saavy husband).
Michael I spoke with on the telephone (probably more times and later at night than he wished lol). Some issues came up on our side (We were dealing with a predatory lender) and Michael was able to figure out a way to help us each and every time...with no benefit to them.
Ammar met us at our house near the closing date. He was unobtrusive and efficient and we were left with the feeling that the house we loved was being left in good hands.
I would 100% recommend this company. They are a rare breed for the industry.

I have never met a more experienced home buyer in my entire life as Mike. For months my wife and I were searching online for local agents that represented the ideals we wanted and we got nothing but fluff. After meeting Michael at a networking event we were more than impressed. He knows his stuff and actually cares about what the consumer wants. He got what we were looking for in less than 4 weeks and we got it without any stress or problems! I made a call to Micheal on Monday by Thursday I am now calling utilities to have final meter readings done. Micheal is helpful and caring about the stress that is caused when selling a home in not move in condition. The home that was purchased was part of my late mothers estate. Micheal's purchase of the property at such a fair price making a deal so quickly will help bring my family to closure with our mothers passing.
