Before meeting Chris Densmore with 460 Realty, I had been searching for a home for two years. I had a tight budget and many requirements, so the search wasn't easy.

During those first two years, I dealt with a number of realtors from various companies. I discovered that too often, their commission was a much higher priority than my needs.

I was pushed to buy lopsided houses, houses with black mold or caved-in roofs, and even told that I'd never find anything better. By the time I came across Chris, I was feeling quite wary of realtors.
