Bill brings a rare down to earth feel which is incredibly welcome in this day of fancy pants realtors. He was informative, responsive, and proactive without feeling pressure from him in any way. He demonstrated excellent local knowledge of the area and I would use him again without hesitation. Choose the tweed hat sweater guy rather than the suite and overcompensating watch, you won't regret it! Sidenote: It feels good knowing I am supporting someone who has put years of service in the local school system prior to pursuing a career in real estate.

Unfortunately we had the opportunity to find out about Bill Bailey’s character and wish we had the opportunity not to. Greasy and slimy as they come. Do not recommend to anyone doing any business or dealings with this individual.
