WestbAvenue is a perfect location within walking distance of boutique shops; grocery shops; restaurants, pubs and restaurants, and yoga etc. It is one block from many small beach picnic areas as well as two large waterfront parks. The Paddle Club is within easy minutes for kayaks, canoes, paddle boards etc. as well as lessons. Favourite is the safe biking area right outside the door which runs right now from Gyro Park, past the Kelowna General Hospital to the Kelowna Yacht Club and beyond. And no car is essential, although the bus routes are a block North if needed.
A perfect place and hoping no large high rise buildings will spoil Abbot Street and the wonderful shady trees.

468 West Avenue is a well-maintained, attractive building, ideally situated between the beaches and Pandosy shopping. We particularly enjoy the huge Terrace area for BBQ-ing, entertaining, or just sun-bathing. The units are boutique, as you would expect in such an ideal location, but with the right furniture choices, the units can be made very comfortable. Overall, the building provides excellent value for money.

Great location! Building manager - Heather is awesome!! Looking forward to the Hot Tub on the deck. Love the planter boxes - growing some lettuce and tomatoes - looking forward to harvest.Good storage options too. It would be great to be able to store a paddle board or canoe as the lake is half a block away. Thank you.

Great experience living here. Heather, the building manager, is friendly, helpful and responds to emails promptly. The suites are equipped with beauitful appliances, large windows and even an ice maker. The building is located just walking distance from many beaches, parks, tennis courts and restaurants.

I cannot recommend a building that falsely advertises as "pet friendly." Beware of their false advertising. They discriminate based upon the appearance of your pup.

I an enjoying living in such a lovely building so near to everything, shopping, great places to eat and delightful boutiques and cycling along the Lake front its idyllic .
