Do not rent here.

This building has been infested with roaches for years and it's incredibly dirty. When I tried to address my concerns with them, my emails were ignored. When I finally got in touch with someone, she was extremely dismissive and only acknowledged one of the many issues that I had mentioned. When I said the pest control was inadequate, I was told that it wasn't fair of me to say that because they were just getting started. What isn't fair is that this has been a known problem for years and you have "just started" and have no remorse for what the tenants are going through. The fact that Greenwin cares more about their profits than providing well maintained housing says a lot about who they are as a company. The water isn't treated according to schedule, I have been told by Greenwin staff that contractors cut corners to save time and money (which has resulted in poor construction), and laundry machines are also disgusting. I could go on, but I think you get the idea. The only reason this place has any decent reviews is because Raj and Assad go above and beyond to help everyone, but anyone involved in Greenwin from the building office up, couldn't care less about your living situation.

Living in Belmont Village has been a pleasant experience. The people are friendly, creating a warm community vibe. The neighborhood is beautiful, offering a charming atmosphere. Prompt maintenance by Assad and Raj ensures that issues are addressed efficiently. However, a downside is the prolonged absence of basement parking, with management citing maintenance for the past year, which can be inconvenient for residents.

It's a scamming place apartment. We just vacated the house and handover the key to Raj and Assad and both of the confirmed it was in good condition but the managers smit doshi and Narayan dhal went with fine amount which they inspected before 30 days we were still occupied. After so many mail they did not reply and finally they send collection agency to get the pending fine amount which was imposed illegally. Worst place to stay and worst management to expect any decency. Worst people like smit doshi and Narayan dhal.

Assad and Raj did an amazing job I put in a request with 5 different things that needed to be done around my house and two days later they came and got all 5 done very fast! Thankful to have people help run the buildings and houses unlike the people before them! I really appreciate the work being done in reasonable timing and the very nice gentlemen doing all the hard work
