Recently been apartment hunting in a very stressful time in my life. Visited MANY apartments met lots of representatives (even from the same company at other locations! Yousuf was the absolutely worst!! Just kidding!! For being so young he knows how to talk to people.. he’s super friendly and not only that yousuf, is informative and if he doesn’t know something he’ll go out of his way to get you that information.. loved working with him! Loved the apartment! Clean throughout the building. Nicely renovated! Can’t wait to move in!!

This is great building. With the open parking with some guest’s space. Nice stuff serving this building on a daily basis. It’s clean, it smells good. It’s quiet, which is extremely important for my family. In a walking distance you can find a bunch of stores and restaurants, such as Walmart, drugstore, Canadian Tire, No-Frills , Dollarama, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, MacDonalds, A&W etc.

Nice place for the family folks.
