While I actually still visit probably weekly to get iced coffees, slurpees and drinks, this location as with most, sadly, is pretty badly kept. I want to like it more and be more positive but it’s usually just dirty and unkept. The bathroom has been broken down for weeks and I finally took photos because it was so bad week after week.
There are usually no options on the rollers when I want something, typically some machine is down too.
I love the rewards program and using the app, I just wish the inside experience was anything good at all. Considering the options like OnCue so nearby and that this is such a new location, it’s sad how dumpy it is.

Very slow pumps. Asked person across from me and same thing on their pump. Unsure what is going on but this seems to frequently occur. Takes a very long time to fill up. One of cheaper stations around but i think next time ill just pay the 2-3 cents more to not take 30 minutes to fill up.

Young lady working the Laredo taco today with the piercings, was amazing. Every 711 with the Laredo taco I’ve been too in OKC has been a bad experience. Today my opinion was rectified because of her, give her a raise. She greeted myself and daughter, she was courteous, and the tacos were perfect, great job! The store was also clean, I still don’t like the layouts but that’s a corporate issue they need to figure out. Also very neat to see Hot wheels and Autoworld cars being sold there. Good store, I hope on my return I can have a similar experience again. ?

I come here every week because I work close by on August 14 1:30 in the morning after I got off I went inside and stood there for almost 10 min waiting for someone to come and help me I called the store a few times thinking maybe they didn’t know I was in there I left saw a car pulling in and pulling back in to see if someone would help them and I see and employee come out from the back I will be calling to report to the manager I work in customer service and that’s unacceptable jacc was his name.

This store is terrible. Very unfortunate and disappointing due this location being brand new. It smells, it’s dirty, I have seen moldy food on multiple locations. Please fix this!

It's hard to be a bad 7-11, but this one does exactly that. This location has some of the worst management I've ever seen. Gas pump hoses are constantly covered with trash bags. Just go the location on Rockwell and Memorial. The management there at least has some brain power.

This store is a complete dump. I was so excited to have a brand new 7-11 go up by my house but every single time I go in there I get mad. The staff is so rude and immature. They were all cussing and being completely unprofessional. Behind the register is a complete dump with boxes and trash everywhere. They need all new management and staff to get a grip on the place or it is going to go under. I will not be back for a while!!

Doors are locked at 2:20am, so not 24/7. I could use the restroom and get a drink, but at least I could get gas.
