Went to go and look at the so called bachelor's apartment listed in Kijiji. Ad ID 1716025784.

The place looks nothing like the picture. It's filthy, has dirty looking appliances. It's smaller than the picture makes it look. It's basically a kitchen and Bathroom but no room for a bed or anything else. It's more expensive than some of the other bachelor's apartment, yet those apt are in better condition.
When I expressed to Arielle who was showing me the apartment, that this place is a rip off, she says " yes it is".
I seriously feel like this would be a badly managed building. I wouldn't recommend anyone living here.

Then their leasing person Iona Popovici tried to con me into paying her a months rent with the rental application and says well you'll get it back if you're not approved. I told her listen Iona I may have been born on a Tuesday but it wasn't last Tuesday. What a crooked bunch ..

Sterling Karamar is absolutely the worst managing property company. Not only did they increase the rent every year, during my 3 years of living here, the quality of the building severely degraded over time. Please see the photos. Notice the cockroaches. They don’t care for their tenants or even their own staff. Within my residency they changed building super intendant 3 times. Police is called and active in this building frequently, had them wake me up multiple times. The building has no a/c and minimum heater. It can get super cold in the winter and hot in the summer. They charge $50 for parking but take no ownership of safety or surveillance if your car is damaged, even tho there is a camera on site. When departing I did my very best to assist them on finding another new tenant, not hard to do, they wanted to charge me $250 for reassignment fee even though I was already month to month and completed my original lease. These people are the absolute worst - Sarah-Jane Beehoo, Agnes Bednarska. Don’t rent here, save yourself a headache.
