In my opinion, they’re not very trustworthy because I made a deal with them and they canceled it unilaterally. They showed no respect for my time or the effort I had put in.

I saw the reply from the owner, and I want to clarify Unfortunately, you didn’t even honestly explain the situation. You had seen one of my sample works and specifically requested the same quality. But after it was completed, you didn’t respond to me for a while, and then you asked for a higher quality version. When I prepared that as well, you never came back to my workshop to see it. You showed no respect for my time and effort.
