I am so eager to share my good experience with people about Condopapers.com. Stephen is such an admirable person. When I changed my mind from 6 days delivery to 3 days delivery, he responded right away and instructed me to place a new order and made the change. When I found one most important paper did not arrive before the day as promised, I asked if I could get some money back. I didn't expect that he gave me refund immediately and even refund me on the ones I myself didn't notice. This really made me cry. Because I just finished a lawsuit with Keystone Grey Property Management who caused me so much stress during the past two years. They refused to correct a simple mistake and manipulated the whole thing until it grew into a very very complex one. I had no way out but to file a court claim. Fortunately, I got my justice from the court. I am grateful that Stephen helps me to regain some trust in people. This post is a bit emotional, but you will understand how I feel 🙂

What can I say, awesome, awesome, awesome! I am really techno challenge when it comes to anything on computers and downloading, Stephen Cassady CondoPapers made my experience an excellent one, I called the support line and he picked up on the first ring he was very patient and walked me through what I need and waited for me to do various tasks. Even when I made an error he was able to undo it and help me restart to get what I needed. Thank you, Stephen.

About the worse conversation I have ever had with an organization. Paid for a 3 day rush service but 8 days later, still nothing. After not receiving a response to my email sent to the support email address, I called only to be embroiled in a circus like conversation where labels like combative, looking for a fight, difficult were thrown at me and then had the call hung up on me. The fees listed are misleading. A 3 day delivery service is not really a 3 day delivery. Should be stated clearly so people are aware what they are paying for and getting.
