Small commercial business places.
New building to replace one that burned down.
New on-site fire hydrant in outdoor parking.

Pita Land replaced by Wok Box in same building as A&W.
. This mall seems to have directory malfunction for current businesses.

No parking, dirty parking areas, A & W staff tell you that you cannot park there long even when eating your food there or using the other shops or you will be towed away. "It's not a parking lot" they say?
711 and Scholars Choice are good stores to visit though.

This place is new and clean and the shawarma I had was excellent. All of the toppings were very fresh and tasty and the ladies working there couldn't have been nicer. I'll be back!

The parking lot needs to drain water better so we do not have to step in to large puddles of water. Parking by A and W and Jolibee are restrictive in space.

7-11 is gone, The Bike Shop is moving soon. They tore down the old Rice King building and have just left the foundation fenced off. Now the same at the 7-11. Won't be much left here to attract customers soon. How does a 7-11 right by a high school close anyways? I can't help thinking this place will be gone once the Bike Shop moves.

I like the changes they've made. I'm glad the King's Head is still around; I'm not much for pubs anymore, but that place is a classic. I'm mostly here for Jollibee now since I have an odd obsession with it. The Starbucks will be missed. I have no information about Pitaland.

Perfect place for all your needs. Starbucks, yoga studio, cycling gears and equipments, stuff for kids, authentic Asian delicacies, gas station, sports bar. You name it and it is there. Something for everyone.

Good plaza with little shops of all sorts. My only gripe is the parking lot which is really oddly cookie cuttered, keep an eye out as it seems proned to accidents.
