I had never heard about the special tea places .
This place had a lot of choice , we were a big group of people, some were diabetic so they had different types of tea to caters to that too.

All the conveniences you could ask for (except for a cool clothing boutique!). Stop by here for your hot Starbucks coffee, pet stores, sushi, fine dining, pub tacos, liquor store, sunterra grocer and professional buildings.

Love going to Sunterra for a quick solo lunch or afternoon tea and dessert with a friend. No frills. Menu prices easy on the budget. Friendly staff.

This market area has everything that you need in a compact and easily accessible area.

From Sunterra, the anchor tenant, to a good variety of restaurants(the Japanese and La Villa are being renovated from the fire at the moment), to personal services such as a barbershop, pharmacy, optometrist, liquor store and Starbucks. There is ample parking in the center of all of these shops giving this matket almost a town square feeling.

Sirocco Station is just across the street as well if you don't drive and a Senior's Living complex is also across the other street.

Peter and his family have assembled an excellent assemble of tenants here in an amazing location.

I usually go this mall for Sunterra market. Nice and cosy place where I find Starbucks, Pet store. The opposite side of this mall has pizza, flowers and gas. Perfect place to find all the needed stuff within 10min drive to my home.
