Surrounded by a storm pond, country hills town centre located in an established Calgary community of urban sophistication .
Nice walkway Around the pond makes me so released and fresh every time I complete a circle.

I am living in the area for a little less than 7 months, I am very happy to have the town center very much accessible to us with almost every amenities needed. It is just at the front of this community. For us it is at walking distance and they have everything you could want. Registry is there to help you out whether you need your driver license or need the car registered. Laundry, groceries, tools, eat outs and almost every thing you can think of is available. We hardly ever have to think to go outside this area for anything.

Live close and everything is there that I need. Nice storm pond approx 1.1km walking path around it.

As a strip mall it's decent, but in some cases there's way to little parking available next to high traffic places like pizza places, Tim's or the registry. So we have to park far and walk, which is fine in summer, but not in winter (half the year in Calgary). No wonder covered malls get more visitors than strip malls.
