Trying to get required documents from them can take literally months or years. To get the required documents costs money and to pay them you HAVE to pay them with cash or cheque. This 2024. I should not be required to come into the office when they already have our banking information on file. The ladies in the office don’t care and hate their jobs.

The turn over is so high that every three months you’re dealing with a new person who’s just trying to learn the system. Terrible customer service, terrible company to deal with.

They hired Hydra Landscaping to look after snow removal. Hydra ended up wrecking our cedar fence by plowing road snow against our fence, even after repeated requests to not. After emails to both parities, they deemed our fence was wrecked due to natural wear. See pictures below and their email response. We were not invited to any meetings or discussions.

"The Board of Directors met with a contractor onsite and it was determined that the discoloring of the fence is not a result of anything that Hydra may or may not have done.

This is normal aging/wear and tear due to weather/outside forces for fencing that is not treated. "

If I could give this company 0 starts I would. Please if you see this DO NOT BUY any property manage by this company. We are owners of a condominium and have been having issues with the board members since the first day we moved in. We feel harassed and accused by false acusaciones made by them. Now they even wrote us a Letter from a lawyer to leave our own property that we are paying for. Now they told us if we don’t leave by a certain time(which they give us a time)they will continue with a court order for us to leave our own mortgage and property we are paying for, just imagen how insigne that is?. Just stay away from this company. For a problem that we have had with our Windows,it’s been 2 years since we have been requesting them to fix it, but they never even reply to the email we sent, like where is the good management? Where is the condo fee we pay goes to? Anyways please run or stay away from this company and management. Specially if they don’t tell you that only seniors live in the complex buildings, if you buy you will have issues later on. I hope we will fix our problem and will never have to deal with that again in our lives. I own another condominium but the company is much more professional and they are always answering any emails or problems in the complex.

Highly recommended. My experiences as an owner in a couple of the condo corps managed by Renaissance were thaaaaaat good that I put their name forward to another complex where I sit on the condo board as a possibility to become responsible for that complex's management.

Over the years, as a real estate investor, I have experienced the widely varying levels of care, attention, and service that exists with the various condo property management companies as they interact between the board and residents, and Renaissance continues to impress me. Jackie is a breath of fresh air, regularly responding quickly to requests. The meeting reports and documentation are among the best that I have seen in format and detail. Bob certainly demonstrated his knowledge of the industry when doing his presentation, and the can-do culture of the company is a reflection.

I was so impressed with Allana. I have been a realtor for 17 years. I have dealt with many management companies. I was shocked when my call did not go to voice mail. That I did not have to make several calls before my call was returned. Instead a friendly voice and she was so helpful with my question and requests. It’s not abnormal to have to wait several days to receive condo documents but she told me they would be ready the next day.. Amazing experience! Thank you Allana for your excellent customer service skills. Five stars for Allana!
