Broken glass outside the building all the time, crackheads everywhere, building management didn't fix the secure entry and allowed a violent offender to enter the premises and harrass me at least 8 times. They don't take noise complaints seriously and the building is heinous as far as noise pollution. Do not live here if you value your mental health and well being.

The location is good and the units are modern. But there are far too many negative points.
1) The freight trains go by at 11:30pm many nights and are extremely noisy. Plus there is the sound from the C trains.

2)There is almost always one elevator not working and another reserved for moving which leaves 1 elevator for 21 floors!

3)There are also some rough people that live here. I’ve had to call 911 for domestic violence once, there is garbage left in the elevators sometimes and beer cans during Stampede.

4)The hot water goes ice cold in the shower after 5 minutes and then the temperature keeps fluctuating between scalding and warm.

5) the outside parking lot is all torn up and has been for months now as it seems they were planning to build another building next door

Not worth it for the price of what some people are charging for rent. Perhaps the Dominion tower might be better because it is mostly owned.

Place is huge and I was lost visiting my friend. Security guard saw me and asked if I was ok. He was God sent since it was very cold. He pointed me in the right direction and made me feel safe while I made my way down to the tower from the shopping area. I would definitely rent here. Great location for me and lots of businesses attached right to the buildings which is very convenient!! Can't beat the location!

I have been renting an apartment at London at Heritage, Abby Tower, from Westcorp Property Management more than 4 years. The location is unbeatable, everything I need is here. Also, management is really taking care of tenants and our building. Great floor plan, stylish kitchen, wonderful view from my balcony. Now, I decided to find one more apartment for my son in the same building. We have been dealing with Leasing Manager Dhruv Raval. I would like to say that Dhruv is extremely professional and very responsive. It is obvious that he takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond for us as tenants. Thank you very much Dhruv for such an excellent experience!

Moreover, all Westcorp team is quick to respond to any questions or issues we have, including Property Manager, Community Administrator, our security, concierge and cleaners! I should write a separate review for Maintenance team as they are amazing, especially our technician Ernie! We really appreciate that we can always count on their help. That’s why we are going to stay here for a long time again.

Recently moved in. Experience itself was underwhelming. Hard to get a clear straight answer, things were not explained well. As I moved from out of town I signed the papers the same day I was moving in. I told the agent I would be moving in that day right after, but instead I was given a number to call right then and there to arrange. Thankfully there was enough time to get in before someone else who had been booked showed up. There was a broken light when I viewed, was never cleaned up properly, I found 4 pieces of glass in the carpet. The cleaning is to a very low standard, carpet was crusty and the kitchen was dirty.
The doors to the parkade are not cleared properly in winter and there is a build up of ice and snow. As I pulled forward the car slipped sideways and my mirror was broken. Although I did not anticipate any help by this point in my experience, I basically got a screenshot of my agreement which stated they are not responsible, period.
It feels like a nice building, but the effects of bad management will undoubtedly make it no so in the future.
Given a redo...I would not live here.

Very clean and quite, suite was immaculate when I took possession. The rent is higher then other places in the city but you get what you pay for, and it weeds out the rift raft. the community of neighbors in the building are polite and classy. Extremely Convenient location, right beside the C=train station and Macleod trail. Plus not needing to leave the building to do groceries is superb. Not mentioning the amazing views from the suites and roof top garden.

Huge rave to the building Staff, Ky from the leasing company was extremely accommodating, and professional. I hate to admit it but i am a customer service employees nightmare, and the staff at London Leasing had no difficulties taking care of my needs and concerns. on top of this security is very friendly and responsive to texts and calls.

5 stars all around.

I have lived here for almost 3 years. The building is always clean, and they are always making sure painting and maintenance is done. The office staff are great! Karol has been so helpful with absolutely everything since she has arrived here. Helping with every random question/concern that comes up. And we have a parcel delivery system that works great for all the e commerce we all do!

Been living here for a year. It’s an eco friendly building so utilities are very affordable. Whenever a problem happens where maintenance has to get involved, you have to harass building management, they will tell you how they’re going to solve the problem and then they’ll send someone else into your apartment to “check” said problem and not do anything about it, unless you keep harassing building management. And there are quite a few issues in this building. Have now gone one week without hot water and there’s no solution in sight

UPDATE: old management company owns the building again, maintenance is back on track. However a maintenance person said the building has shifted so the doors don’t fit in the frames properly causing door fitment issues
