Our Alberta Real Estate Broker supplied us a list of recommended Property Management firms for our new property in Spruce Grove. After vetting a few firms, we decided that Chris Hochheimer at AspirePeak Properties Ltd. was the best fit for our needs.

Our property closed on December 15th, 2023, not the ideal time to be leasing up an 8 unit new build in Alberta, especially when we live 3 provinces away. Chris and his team worked diligently. They scheduled open houses, setup banners, and even included coffee and donuts to lure prospect tenants in from the cold. Within 60 days, all units were occupied with fully vetted tenants on favourable leases.

Chris and team managed the deficiency inspection before closing with detailed notes and photos. Since occupancy, Chris has been actively coordinating final work with the builder and at times with great persistence he has convinced the builder to do work which they originally declined.

Finally, Chris’ experience has been extremely helpful in ensuring our property is protected/maintained and also safe/comfortable for our tenants. For example, he has recommended small purchases to improve the units and tenant experiences such as hoses and sprinklers for newly laid grass, and fire extinguishers for all units.

We’re so happy we went with Chris and AspirePeak and would highly recommend them.
