Our experience with the Montrose team has been nothing short of amazing. As first time home buyers, we started this process with a million and one questions, concerns and desires, but could not have been in better hands to help us navigate through this process.

Anthony has spent hours dreaming about our house with us, helping us make design decisions and going back and fourth with us to make sure every detail is perfect. I am equally particular and indecisive and he is always there to lend an ear or a hand. Our house would not be what it is without him. He never makes us feel like a nuisance or an annoyance, no matter how many millions of annoying questions and requests I have. Instead, he does everything in his power to get us everything we could possibly want, and with a smile at that.

Gary is the best project manager we could have asked for. He is so dedicated to his craft, and has worked overtime to make sure our house is exactly how I dreamed it would be. He accommodates all of our crazy asks, my last minute "I changed my mind... again"'s and is invested in the quality of the workmanship at each and every step. Above and beyond would be an understatement when it comes to Gary, we feel so lucky to have him run this project.

And Brandy, a ray of sunshine in human form. She did not get to experience the beginning of our home buying journey, but ever since she joined their team she has been nothing but wonderful. She goes out of her way to make us feel welcome, and as though she is just as excited for us to move in as we are! It is always a pleasure seeing her, and makes our check in visits even better.

Homes by Dream as a whole is similar to many other single family builders, but it is their team in Montrose that make them special. We will never be able to thank them enough for the incredible work they have done for us thus far.

We have lived in our house for over a year now and while the beginning of our experience wasn’t the greatest the new team at Dreams have gone above and beyond for us and still continue to do so. Anthony and Brandy in the show home are amazing and Gary has gone way beyond the standard for us. While we know that building a home comes with challenges and fixes showing compassion and being nice to everyone involved still does go a long way.

We purchased our home from Dream back when the industry was crazy, trades were hard to get and timelines were being extended constantly. When you sign with Dream the sales process is pretty good. However, once you sign those papers you will not hear much from Dream. They will let you know every month that your possession date has been pushed with ZERO reasoning why.

I had to be the squeaky wheel in order to keep track of all the little deficiencies that were not getting looked at. Still working through getting all these items addressed by Dream. Your home is one of your largest purchases and you want to experience to be amazing. It hasn't been amazing but a constant frustration. Communication is key and this has been seriously lacking right now.
