Anna Wojcieszek is to the go -person in Cochrane Fireside from Genesis Homes. She is exceptional, and she does a phenomenal job. Due to her , we were able to buy a show home in Cochrane at decent price. She worked very hard to meet all deadlines to buy that beautiful house . Even late night , she was answering all our inquires. She is really good at following up with the client so as to ensure that they are never left in the dark. She handles special requests from time to time even we already bought a house. She looks after our queries promptly . Easy to connect with builder via Anna. She is resourceful not only on sales also on home insurance, mortgages ., house structure and many more. She went above and beyond . Genisis homes are reasonable price with smart features and good quality.

Looking for a new home is not an easy task. From the start, we have so much uncertainty of where and when we can move from our beloved home in Canmore, surrounded with the beauty of the mountains. The lay outs of the Genesis showhome in Cochrane are just perfect and beautiful. Yes, we did look on other showhomes in different Cochrane locations. Fireside location is the best as far as we are concerned. Easy access to the Highway if we need to drive back to the mountains. Our interaction with Anna Wojcieszek was always wonderful and she knows what she is doing! From the start, Anna was incredibly attentive, providing us with detailed information of the property. She provided us with answers to all the questions that we asked. For this reason, as soon as we got the definite closing date of the sale of our property, we went back to Anna who guided us with more information needed for our peace of mind and answers to the questions that disturbed us personally and not knowing on how to proceed with the undertakings that we were supposed to do. The sale process was seamless and thank you so much Anna for securing us with a fantastic deal with your superb negotiation deals! We highly recommend Anna Wojcieszek for anyone looking for a hassle free home buying experience. I will for sure bring my friends from Canmore to see Anna for her willingless to help far and beyond!
