The worst organization ever. They do not respond to enquiries. They do not communicate anything regarding your application. Nothing. Zip. Four years waiting for help or answers, despite meeting qualifications. Another government agency that does absolutely nothing to help people. Wonder how many of their friends or acquaintances get approved 🤔

Maybe it's time for applicants being treated like garbage to unite and file a multi million dollar class action against this disorganized and apathetic organization. Time to file public record requests and see where all the money is going, like how much board members make annually.

And Civida needs to stop having their associates post 5 star reviews praising this disgusting organization (to help boost positive algorithms) when every other review is 1 star. Disgusting behavior. Rather than trying to improve your image on Google reviews, how about this: do your damn job and help people access the programs they qualify for instead of trying to improve your tarnished image for the lack of empathy and respect you show towards applicants.

In the past I had my application closed due miscommunication I was never told to update every couple of months by anyone. So recently I had to reapply which is unfortunate for me.
But Iv had the pleasure of meeting Anthony a very nice clerical staff who has helped me to get my application in order online and I wouldn't have been able to do it alone. I hope he gets employee of the month or year his demeanor has always made me feel confident and he is a great asset to CIVIDA . Thank you Anthony

Самое ужасное что может быть. На просьбы не реагируют, помощи никакой, заявки по 3 месяца даже не рассматриваются, отопление летом в июне месяце ( когда жара на улице 23, ) а осенью конец сентября начало октября когда на улице 10 -3 градуса невозможно попросить чтобы включили отопление. Могут быть соседи наркоманы, неадекватные люди, и в доме курят не только сигареты а канабис и всякие ванючие наркотики. Администрация не реагирует и ничего не делает для решения проблемы. Если вы нормальный человек и соблюдаете прописанные правила то помощи не ждите и жизнь ваша превратится в ад, если вы наркоман, постоянный курильщик, и человек невыполняющий установленые правила проживания то добро пожаловать - это отличное жилье и команда администрации всегда будет для вас!!!!

They lie they cheat. They make us beg. I did all they asked, few months ago they told they needed a rent report plus banking, I handed that in I told them then I paid room and board with a guy I pay him rent, they got a rental agreement from him never heard a thing from them, lately I threatened to go to the papers and the news. An hour later a lady called says they had an offer for me but because I don't live Skinner they can't give it to me. I know now they do what they can to not rent to me. I'll never get my own place as I can't afford to in disability pension. She claims she didn't know I called Laurie one if the supervisor that's lies always

I am super upset and unsatisfied with how they handle the clients. I got approved for rent assistance awhile ago and using the service since then and the benefit usually releases after the 20th of each month. September 2024 I didn’t receive anything. Trying calling them, I was on hold for 55 minutes then a lady answer and she told me the benefits can take longer sometimes and I may receive it until October 1, 2024. I said ok but can you check is everything else ok. She told me that I also haven’t done the annual income review and maybe that’s why I haven’t received the fund. I told her I didn’t receive any documentation on mail nor email how would I know that I have to do this. She wasn’t sure either she said the system is trying something new and few people complained about not getting the letter. I rushed to their office, they were not allowing anyone there and there were so many people waiting by the door. So I ring the bell and told the person she printed the annual review paper and gave me. I rushed back to my landlord and filled all the documents and send them back right away. Today October 1 2024 still haven’t received the fund and my rent is due. I panicked calling them and want to know what’s going on. The lady who answer right away want to transfer me to the worker I told her not to do that because she never answers the phone and always goes to her mailbox and then I have to wait another hour or so until they answer the phone call. But she did it anyways! Very rude and I felt so devastated! I call back but at first they were keep disconnecting my calls not even letting it go through to be in the waiting list. I had to call like 10 times until they let me be in the waiting list! Unbelievable service. I wonder if the government even check on these things do they have anyone who checks on their services with clients or just because people are so in need they put up with this rude behavior. Of perhaps most of the clients are immigrants who doesn’t speak English properly so they believe this is normal! Unfortunately! Anyway after another 40 minutes of waiting the lady answer, her name was Carla (this time I wanted to get their names to know who I spoke with). She got all my personal info and said I was approved and my annual income review is good but unfortunately i passed the pay day so I need to wait another few weeks to receive the fund! She said the same day they reviewed my paper and approved it the same day money was send to everyone so they won’t be able to do anything about this! Can you imagine how I feel! My rent is due today and they will kick me out of the place if I don’t make the payment by latest October 2, she said she understands but nothing she can do about! I wanted to complain and say this was not my fault and they should be able to release the funds ASAP she said that’s not possible!

Do they have bosses, supervisors, managers anyone who take responsibility for what they did to me or they have the power to fix this issue! I really need to know because this seems very irresponsible and I have to be kicked out of my apartment because of them being irresponsible and never send me anything about the annual income review. I am already going through some major health issues and sick but still have to deal with this. She told me to complain to Nicole Han and I did leave her voice mail but she probably would say the same thing!

It’s very unfortunate that people like me already going through so much have to go through this extra stress which was not even my fault. I feel horrible and hope someone reads this review and they don’t do the same things to someone else!

Disgraceful. A private company running government subsidized housing and all they've done is bully Tennants. Imagine working for that kind of pay and assuming everyone in your housing is worthless.
As a veteran, I've never felt more looked down upon. Disgusting humans. Disgusting policies.
Had to get a lawyer involved.

Horrible staff ... security is a joke and have had numerous break ins.. mail boxes broken into.. very rude neighbors.. lots of drug use and cigarette smell all the time ... Marijuana smell all the time .. laundry machines are always out of order .. don't waste your time people look elsewhere to live i promise you will regret choosing anywhere within civida .
