We had an awful experience previously in trying to sell our house. The other realtor tried to take advantage of us at a very vulnerable, emotional time. So much so that even searching for a new realtor and contacting her caused us extreme anxiety. I emailed Jeneen and her reply was very prompt. (We wanted someone who gets back to people quickly)

No nonsense or pressure. She worked hard to sell our house. Listened carefully to what we said and followed through at every turn. She told me she would always have our backs. She did.
