Hey boardwalk,

Talked to emergency maintenance about the leak and flooding in the parkade. Didn't do anything.

Talked to ritik said "we're not fixing it".

Hopefully this catches some attention.

Water going through a power box is not safe and walking through a flooded parkade is not reasonable for 8 months

It is currently dripping through the power box so maybe some one can fix this issue?

It's been happening for 8 months at least.

Maybe this might get some folks to reconsider if this is the level of maintenance.

Will remove once fixed.

Amazing property managers, cleaners, and maintenance crew. Definitely would recommend this building, especially for the view facing the river valley!

Nice experience staying at Tower on the Hill. Have a nice view too. Ritik (the manager) was really helpful in his support to find this place help me settle in. The new maintenance officer (Steve) too is very cheerful and helpful.

I went in looking to find my dad a place to live. With beautiful views of the river valley from the balcony my dad made a rash decision in his old age and paid deposit, which he later decided not to proceed further with the application process. Ritik was very helpful and understanding with our situation and refunded the deposit and was very polite during the whole process. Thank you, Ritik!!!

After living at this place for a few years, I can’t give it more than 3 stars, as much as I wish I could and even that feels like a stretch. There is constant construction being done in the units.. why, I have no idea. But regularly being woken up and having my items shake from those sounds is unacceptable. Security is said to be around but is actually nonexistent - they won’t show up when you call because a homeless person is smoking in the community room bathroom but will show up when you’re trying to gather laundry past 10pm. They say it is a non-smoking building (yet on the balcony is permitted) but just wait until summer when you can’t even keep your balcony door open for 5 minutes because so much marijuana and cigarette smoke blows in. But hey, the view is nice.
