Rob was easy to talk to and was always there to answer any of our questions.
We found Rob through a home he had listed in Sherwood Park and we reached out to him and he immediately got back to us and that very same day he did a video walk through of this home for us.
We wasted no time in our decision of this home and Rob helped us with our offers to the seller and that was that, we had bought this home.

Rob helped us buy a home 2 provinces away and even when he was on a vacation he arranged for another realtor to fill in for his predetermined absence booked well in advance. Rob pays attention to all the little things. He did a walk through on our behalf before we took possession and even turned off the water valves in basement and to the washer and dryer knowing we would not be there for a week more. Buying experience was great as he knew the market well and when it came time to make an offer thats when he really showed his experience securing us a great deal in a hot market. Would use him again in a heartbeat.
