I just had a run in with a very rude and entitled agent named Amy Shearer.

I was asked to provide Amy with some HVAC information for one of her clients, and when asking questions she didn't know the details required for me to provide an accurate quote or as she put it "Ballpark number," but was also incredibly dismissive and rude while trying to find out this information. Some of us are not order takers but take pride in our work.

I will NOT recommend you to anyone as you are clearly not professional, service orientated or kind to others. Please do better for those around you.

We contacted several realtors, only Nutan Phakur returned our call right away and we met that same evening. She is very professional and suggested the very price we were considering and made several easy suggestions to prepare our home for viewings . These began right away and continued till we accepted an offer ten days later. She even suggested carpet and furnace cleaning providers after our buyers included this in their offer.
