Shelley Dolen sold our house in Devon AB in six days. During COVID-19. But more to important she provided outstanding advice on renovations we needed to do, guided us to a really fine interior design renovator, and then coached him and us thru the critical renovations. She staged our house so it showed its best. Then she worked long hours to write a description that nailed our house's pluses. I advised professional organizations on their web communications. I didn't have a single edit to Shelley's listing write-up for our house. In six days we had over eight showings. During COVID-19. Hire Shelley. Then be quiet and listen to her advice. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Shelley Dolan. We were new to the area with little knowledge about where to buy a home.

It was mid-July and shortly after viewing one of Shelley’s online listings she reached out to us. We arranged a meeting and we knew instantly that she was the right realtor for us.

Shelley is patient, honest, knowledgeable, dedicated and experienced. She provided us with a wide array of selections and locations. She worked with us for six months and we never felt forced to make an offer. Shelley is a hands-on person, she even laid down in a bathtub to check out the length for us!

We had decided to postpone our search until spring since it was now mid-November; but Shelley had promised to help us find a home by Christmas.
