This is a beautiful and amazing society to stay. I stayed here for more than 2 years and did not find one issue wrt to safety, maintenance and cleanliness.
Boardwalk staff is amazing especially Vishal and Apoorva. Vishal is an amazing guy who will help you in any situation.

I don't recommend these units at all. They don't care about your health, and the buildings are invested with cockroaches and other bugs, along with mice. Don't move here.

I had the opportunity of renting from sandstone pointe two months ago. Frankly, the complex is affordable, accessible to a lot of facilities like the mall, bus routes, school , etc
Moreover, the staffs are knowledgeable friendly and customer service oriented. Ibrahim is an exceptional person to work with if you are looking into staying at the Melbourne facility .

I rented a unit 3 months ago with Ibrahim at the boardwalk community. He really helps me tremendously to get this apart. I have to say that it is a very comfortable apartment, now that is winter the unit is amazingly warm, and my family is very happy and thankful for this place.

Lived here two years now, The apartment is clean, the staff are friendly and professional. Its a very well managed community. If anything goes wrong in your place, they are super quick to fix it. Price was its a bit high and I am not a fan of one laundry room for all.
Its great for families with kids, there are lots of kids in the community for your kid to make friends. However, it comes with a downside for single people like me, Kids are playing in the area Specially in summer and it is a lot of noise.
School is nearby as well as Safeway, Shoppers, Tim's, McDonald, Subway and a couple more shops. To access a decent bus stop where you don't need to wait an hour for a bus, you need to walk a bit
All in all I highly recommend this location if you are a family with kids and have a car.
