My wife and I were planning on downsizing and were not exactly sure what could accommodate our needs moving from a large family home to a condo. Drew had shown us several condo options from an apartment style to a townhome style and was quick to provide his opinion based on what we were coming from and where we needed to go, so that we did not make a huge change too soon and one that we're not prepared to make. His opinion, based on experience and knowing our specific situation and needs paid off and made sense, so it was a townhouse style for us, for now.
We had a few very specific "must haves" which made condo hunting a little challenging with the current market conditions, but Drew was quick to point out to us where some of these homes we were considering fell short of what we required and reminded us what was important and not to compromise or settle for something due to panic or impatience.
The last condo we viewed was a moment we all agreed almost immediately that this is likely "the one" as it filled every must have we had and much more, but Drew, still looking out for our best interest, thought it may be priced a little high due to the current environment but just wanted us aware.
Needless to say, we are in the condo and couldn't be happier that we waited, didn't get pressured into buying something that wouldn't have fulfilled our needs and appreciate Drew's candor through the entire process. Never to sugarcoat anything, he was honest with his thoughts and opinions and we never felt he wasn't working with only our best interest in mind.
He'll definitely hear from us when we make the next move to downsizing yet again!
