Patrick and his wife were incredible to work with. They are a fantastic team and helped us through the entire process and were always kind, professional and responsive. Moving isn't easy especially inter-provincially. We flew out and looked at about 12 homes in a single day and he dedicated his time to us. Patrick is everything you could ask for in a Realtor. He is attentive, considerate, welcoming, genuine, and above all he truly cares about helping you fulfill your goals. My wife and I worked with him to find a new home, and ultimately were not successful due to family health issues derailing our search at the time. He exudes the kind of support, honesty, and decency you could hope for in all facets of life from others, not to mention from a professional you have hired. Considering we have had negative associations with realtors and their practices in the past, he indeed proved that there are legitimately great and transparent individuals who work in this field. We cannot say enough positive things about Patrick and his character. He remains our realtor going forward for any and all future sales or purchases.
