I was contacted by an agent of the name of Jennifer to view houses I had shown interest in. Not only did she show up in incredibly inappropriate attire, but her knowledge was next to nothing on every home we looked at. I felt because our budget was $500,000 we weren’t ever worth her time. I told her multiple times criteria for viewing, and 1 property out of 7/8 met the most basic or requests. No white I have pets, every kitchen was white cabinets/tile and light flooring. Double sink is a must in the en-suite, multiple single sink tiny ensuites. We viewed one, expressed it was to small and we didn’t like the layout, she then took us to another neighborhood and showed us the same house 1 SF smaller. Quotes from her directly when asked direct questions “ya, I guess so”, “well it normally is”, “ya I would assume”. Showed us a home where cabinets and flooring were selected, but not installed, and she couldn’t didn’t bother to inquire what the color or spec was going to be before we viewed. My suggestion is save your time and money, because apparently half a million isn’t worth a lot to this team. We were so unimpressed we didn’t view the rest with her, called a different realtor who was so amazing we placed a offer that night because he bothered to listen… or and introduced himself to my husband and I. Very unfortunate experience and large lack of basic knowledge.
