Fantastic Experience at The Mercury Block!

Living at The Mercury Block has exceeded my expectations in every way! The staff, including Salma, Shabi, and Mike, are incredibly kind, friendly, and professional.

Salma made my move-in process seamless, while Shabi expertly showed me around the units and walked me through the leasing process. Mike is always prompt and efficient in addressing any maintenance issues.

I love the building's amenities, particularly the rooftop lounge and gym, which are always immaculately clean. My unit is also clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect.

What really makes Mercury Block special, though, is the sense of community. There are many friendly dogs living here, and the atmosphere is always welcoming.

Overall, I'm so grateful to have found The Mercury Block. It's been an amazing place to call home!

Exceptional Living Experience at The Mercury Block!

We're thrilled to call The Mercury Block our home! From the moment we viewed the units with Shabi, we knew we'd found the perfect place. Shabi's professionalism and friendly demeanor made the leasing process effortless.

Resident Manager Salma has been an absolute delight! Her kindness, helpfulness, and warm smile have made us feel truly welcome. Our chihuahua loves her too - she's always spoiling my dog and other dogs with treats!

Maintenance Technician Mike and his team are friendly, kind and incredibly responsive and efficient. He tackles any issues promptly, ensuring our home remains comfortable and secure within a few days or sometimes the same day.

We've loved every moment of our almost-year-long stay! The building's cleanliness, rooftop BBQ area, and well-equipped gym have exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal, and the concrete construction provides a peaceful living environment.

The sense of community among neighbors is wonderful, and nighttime security adds an extra layer of reassurance.

Our unit is immaculate, with appliances in excellent working condition and enough space for us to live comfortably. The price is well justified by the numerous amenities and exceptional service!

Huge thanks to Salma, Mike, and Shabi for making The Mercury Block an unforgettable living experience! We're eagerly looking forward to renewing our lease.

It’s been a month since I moved in, and I’ve had a great experience living here. The management team here is top-notch. Getting my lease was a breeze, thanks to Randy, who made the process quick and stress-free. When it comes to unit maintenance, Salma and Mike have been amazing—always easy to reach and super helpful.

The amenities are excellent too. The underground parking is convenient, the gym is always clean, and the rooftop is a fantastic place to relax. They also organize socials for the tenants, which is a great way to meet your neighbours and even make new friends, especially if you're new to the city.
