First time home owner here, and I can certainly say that Patti and her team were tremendous in their work and assisting me find a great townhouse to purchase in south Edmonton! Patti was excellent at understanding what I was looking for, providing a wide variety of listings to look at, as well as booking plenty of showings that fitted into my busy schedule (working 6:30am to 6:30pm throughout the week and weekend). During the showings she only gave helpful comments which gave me extra information to consider and let me generate my own feelings for each property, never did I feel like she tried to sway my opinion to make a sale quicker (which was incredibly appreciated as a first time buyer).
