Found a listing on realtor.ca. I put preferred method of contact as texting, instead he called me. I texted him to ask some simple questions. Seemed like he wasn’t interested in helping and then asked a question I already answered. Maybe business is too good for him right now hmm…

Working with Andreas felt very easy. As a first-time home buyer I had a lot of anxiety navigating real estate on my own. Andreas provided great information right off the bat which made it a lot less intimidating to understand. He walked me through the process in short time but without missing any important details and found me exactly what I wanted/needed in a purchase. Andreas is also very personable which made house shopping easy and fun and helped me see things critically as well, providing me with advice on making a good investment by aligning the viewings with my desired location, age, financing and long-term plans. Andreas really listens to what you’re looking for and goes to the length of showing you places to compare to that will help you confirm your decisions/preferences. He let me know of a place before it went into the market that he knew I would love right away. We were able to get very reasonable and accepted offer on a private sale.
