We needed to purchase property in Feb 2021 when the market was toughest in decades. Sales cycles were 10 days; multiple offers in 2 digits (ie more than 10). The effort to get into an opportunity required diligence, constant monitoring and being completely on top of the market; it required reacting in extraordinary speed.
