BC Condos and Homes was a great ‘One stop shop’ to research homes for sale and already sold. This site gives the actual sold for amount and date of sale. On other sites the listing just disappears. This site also gives (most times) the listing history so you can actually see when first listed, end of listing, and re-listed dates. As a buyer this is valuable information .
