Oscar responds quickly, coordinates with a trade, if needed, then schedules a time for the repair.

He’s always on time as well as courteous, pleasant and does a great job at the repairs. He’s a professional.

I had a deficiency that took a few months to get approval from the trade. Oscar was there throughout the whole process. He was a big part in ensuring it was repaired.

I’m a Realtor in Squamish. I have sold a number of the BlueSky Properties at Sea and Sky in Squamish. Yesterday I met with my client and with Ermilo Martinez (Customer Care Representative) to do a walk through of the property. I’ve done a few of these walk throughs now and every time I do I’m incredibly impressed by the level of detail that goes into them. Often with other developments and/or pre-sales there are large numbers of deficiencies but having done this a few times now I can confidently say that BlueSky and their employees do an excellent job of handing over a property. It’s nearly impossible to find even the smallest deficiencies on a walk through. The process is always smooth. They are well organized and they create an excellent experience for the Buyer. Ermilo showed us around our new place and was absolutely amazing! His attention to detail was impeccable. He was thorough in explaining everything and very friendly. We are very impressed with the professionalism that we have received at Bosa. From the start, Chelsea has been incredible on the sales side, guiding us through our purchase, and the quality of the product itself we are extremely happy with. I have purchased pre builds before and none of them have had the same quality that Bosa offers. Lastly with Ermilo guiding us through our home and explaining everything, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
