Tyson was a pleasure to work with. I was a first time home buyer and working with him made buying a house very simple. If I wanted to see a house he was able to coordinate a time that worked with my partner and I no problem. Tyson was always professional and showed up to the house viewings ready to explore the house with us to let us know some things to look for and things to avoid; though real estate agents get paid by selling houses Tyson was very patient with us and wanted us to find the right house. Tyson has some years of experience in the business and it shows. Tyson was also fun to work with, though buying a house was very stressful he put some metaphorical water wings on us and helped us with whatever we needed such as finding a lawyer and giving us lists of things to expect. He had a program that sent us new listings daily and met with us to talk about our price range and what area we wanted a house in. The program he uses it very easy to navigate and allows you to favourite listings and see what they sold for if you decided to not go with the house. Tyson is able to go through history of listings and let you know what houses are selling for in a particular area and will let you know if you're overpaying. We ended up buying a house under his watch and he made the process very easy. Will be using Tyson in the future if we decide to sell our home or buy other properties would highly recommend giving him a shout!

I had used Tyson previously for the sale of a condo and since my experience was so positive, I chose to again use his services for the buying of a condo. Full disclosure here - I was a pretty tough customer as it was a complicated and emotional situation which necessitated me having to find a new home. Tyson always remained calm, reassuring, patient, kind and professional and had to "talk me off the ledge" on numerous occasions. He was always responsive to my inquiries and was very committed to assisting me to find the perfect home that would meet my needs (I was admittedly quite specific and fussy). He was knowledgeable and helpful with advice when needed. In summary, I would highly recommend Tyson for all your real estate needs.
