This place has to be the most poorly run apartment complex in the city. The parking lot snow clearing is a joke, they don’t shovel the stairs, there’s never any salt down, and the entire building has been without a working main door buzzer for almost a year. I would like to speak with whoever is in charge of the superintendents.

Here is a photo of our parking spot that the superintendent filled with snow because they can’t use a snowblower.

They take advantage of seniors my parents left December it’s now 6 weeks and they still have not refunded their damage deposit. A rating of 1 is too good. Don’t rent from these slum lords.
