I have to say that my husband was leary when I said I wanted to use Ty to sell his mother’s home. He wanted to use an agent that he was more familiar with.
However, after meeting with Ty the first time, my husband was truly impressed with his industry knowledge and professionalism.
All the decisions were ours to make, but Ty discussed all of the options and steered us in the right direction to bring the home to market.
After listing the home we had several private showings and an open house.
He shared the feedback from prospective buyers and kept us positive when things looked like they weren’t going to work out. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner, no matter what time or day of the week it was.
I’m happy to say, the SOLD sign went on the house today and I hope the purchasers had as an amazing experience with their realtor as we had with Ty!
