Stopped supporting the Corey Craig group back in July of 2023 and haven't been back since we had awful service. We were spending between 4-600/month before we moved our business across the street. Contacted them, they never wrote back.

Have been drinking and enjoying Tim's coffee since the 70's.
This mobile ordering and pick up has to change so bad, it has to be the worst setup ever. Not pointing to one particular shop but to everyone that I've ordered from.
My understanding was order on line so that you don't have to wait!

My recommendation is for the store owners step up and order on line to see how well it works and don't forget to set the clock! To make it challenging try to order it from Paul Street. Just mabe you'll have better luck than me.

Horrible response from management on a customer service level with someone having a complaint. Left message and still no call back. The service we get at Tim Hortons owned by this company has gone down hill in last few years.

No customer service, more money is their motto. Funny how most of their Tim's locations have no garbage cans at the drive through, guess it saves a few bucks.
