It's not often that I'm inspired to review something like being shown a rental unit. But, I had such a positive and enjoyable walkabout with a Property Manager in White Rock, BC., recently that I felt strongly compelled to share the experience.

I have been acting as proxy for someone close to me who is moving here from out of country, which is a big responsibility. But Nikki Sull, a property manager at HomeLife Property Management, made it so much easier for me, from working to my schedule to going above and beyond the call of duty during the walkabout.

She was so thorough, never made me feel like I was imposing on her time, and made sure we saw every single relevant part of the property, about which she was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

I came away from the viewing feeling like even if another property might be chosen in the end (based on location, for example), that this was a valuable use of my time. I also left hoping I might get to meet her again sometime in the community.

Nikki was so delightful and her energy just shined. She even made me wish that the building in which I'm currently living was being managed by Nikki and HomeLife because it was so clear she offered property management service on a completely different level than what I have encountered in my own building, and in other buildings where I have been seeing apartment units.
