I just recently rented out a suite at Evolve Tower and I was serviced by a property manager named James Chung and he was just fantastic. I had some concerns at the beginning with blinds and fans and he was able to get then installed for me by the next visit and guided me on what to do for the controls and when I got my keys and it felt a bit hard to open, he went out of his way to cut me a new pair of keys from home depot and he always worked around my schedule for meetups which was really great! Made the whole process alot less stressful for me.
