Christine’s attention to detail, market knowledge, and her ability to understand my families needs for our new home made our search smooth and painless. We had a clear vision of what we wanted; however, articulating that into words can sometimes be difficult. Christine actively listened and understood very quickly which resulted in a targeted search of available properties. Wanting to express in a review, just how pleased we have been with Christine as our realtor, we read the review written by Mildred Chang who has already stated everything that we wished to say.
Always the professional, Christine worked with us for many months, allowing us the time we needed to ’step back’ and re-assess. Specifically, there were occasions when properties we liked were not what they seemed and thanks to Christine’s research and ethics, we were cautioned and saved from a possible bad move. Christine’s relaxed and friendly manner was always present and she is, in our opinion, a rare, true ‘gem’ in the real estate world. We sold our South Surrey home in September 2022 using the services of Christine Masakoff as our realtor. Christine was recommended by friends who also sold their South Surrey property. The timing of the sale was interesting - listing in June 2022 in a declining real estate market complete with soaring interest rates, a rapid conversion to a buyer's market and an abundance of uncertainty. Despite the odds Christine remained a beacon of optimism and demonstrated her ability to adapt to the changing market. Her no-frills style is to be open, to the point and very business like, analyzing relevant data to determine strategy and price point. This approach was somewhat calming and greatly appreciated, . Christine also demonstrated her ability to be thought-provoking and creative . With Cristine don't expect a lot of fluffy rhetoric and meandering sales talk - she is the consummate professional.
